Pilates
Pilates is an aerobic mat class that strengthens your “powerhouse” (abdominals, pelvic floor, inner thighs, glutes, hips and diaphragm) which in turn supports the rest of your body - crucial to eliminating daily aches and pains!  Use props - exercise balls/foam rollers/etc - to help you release tight muscles and activate more "sleepy" ones. Gain tonality, flexibility, strength, agility, greater alignment, better balance and even more lung capacity.  Exercise should FEEL GOOD and this class does!
Socalicious
Ready for a dance fitness experience like no other?  Want to burn calories and have fun doing it?  Dance, sweat, jump, wave, wine up, wine low, feel sexy and feel good with Socalicious!  A high energy class invented by Eyoda Williams herself. Class features Soca and Calypso music from the Caribbean islands. Jump, gyrate and booty-shake your way to tightened and toned arms, legs, abdominals and butt.  No worries if you don't get all the steps right, just keep moving and most of all have fun!

SPA YOGA
A candlelit class where the room will be comfortably heated. Let your physical and mental stress melt away in this 75 minute floor-based practice.  You will be guided to gently stretch your body and bring your breath back into existence. Soft music, maximum hands-on assists, and a touch of essential oils will allow you to relax deeper and experience all of your senses, leaving you feeling connected to yourself, rejuvenated and whole.
Vinyasa
All Levels Yoga
Connect your breath to movement as you mindfully flow through a series of traditional yoga poses. This all levels class increases strength and flexibility within the body while expanding the mind's ability to be present, relaxed, and content amidst life's most difficult challenges - both on and off the mat.  Learn from your "inner teacher" as your body guides you on whether or not to choose challenges, modifications, and opportunities for rest given by the instructor.  Ground yourself & restore.

Meditation:

Meditation can be done on a cushion or seated on yoga blankets. Calm your mind, settle your body and find a softer focus to your day. Beginners to practicing meditators will benefit from this class. This class consists of a beginning breath work and energetic field cleansing then progressing into guided mindfulness meditation, short break with discussion on bringing meditation into our daily lives and a second seated guided meditation from many traditions which may include: Mantra meditation, guided imagery, mindfulness etc...

REGGAE YOGA SOUND SALUTATIONS

Yoga and reggae are two of the utmost conscious practices-put them together and you've got a powerful force. Reggae yoga is designed to be uplifting and positive. During reggae yoga participants are encouraged to break the "rules" of yoga, including the traditional rule of silence. Using music and movement to bring you into a state of blissful happiness.

Barre

Do you want to develop long, lean muscles without bulk or do you want to enhance flexibility and improve your balance? Well if you answered yes to any of these then this is the class for you. While barre has origins in dance, you shouldn’t worry if you are rhythmically challenged. The barre classes will follow a basic structure: You’ll start with a mat-based warm-up full of planks and push-ups, do a series of arm exercises, and continue at the bar with a lower-body section to work your thighs and glutes. Finally, you’ll finish with a series of core-focused moves at the bar or a short session on the mat.

Yoga for Kids, Tweens:

(ages 6 - 10) and tweens (ages 10-14)
In our classes, we share the transformational benefits of yoga with children giving them tools to manage their physical and emotional responses to life. Our program encourages students to reach for the wisdom within themselves and enables them to connect with their bodies and feel empowered and confident.

RESTORATIVE/YIN YOGA:

(ages 6 - 10) and tweens (ages 10-14)
In restorative/yin yoga, props are used to support the body so that you can hold poses for longer, allowing you to open your body through passive stretching. The postures are usually adapted from supine or seated yoga poses with the addition of blocks, bolsters, and blankets to eliminate unnecessary straining. This is a great practice to slow down and nurture your well-being if you are recovering from an injury or chronic condition. You will be amazed at the benefits of this restorative yin yoga class from a therapeutic approach. No previous experience needed.
